It’s officially December.
We’ve made it (well almost!).
After what 2020 has tried and tested us with, the pivoting (there’s that word!), the isolating, allll the learning and re-skilling, the implementing of new ways of doing business and the strength we have found to get through it all.
We are all tired. Exhausted even.
BUT… before you start thinking of shutting down for the end of the year before you start planning your Christmas Day, your New Year’s Eve, any time off or how you are going to spend it…
There are few things you need to check off your list before you put down the work pens and pick up the mimosas.
Before you round off the year, start the ball rolling on how you want next year to be like.
2020 exposed A LOT of things for us. In our businesses and personal lives.
2021 offers us the opportunity to look at the way that we have done things, where we can improve and what behaviours we want to change.
It offers the opportunity for us to find the space to stop doing things the same way and earning the same income year in and year out.
It’s time to call ourselves out on our own accountability.
“Accountability feels like an attack when you are not ready to acknowledge your behaviour”.
