Why I went quiet (and why you might need to as well)

You may have noticed I've been a bit quieter lately. Fewer posts, fewer updates, a little less of me popping up in your feed.
I haven't gone anywhere. I've been working harder than I have in years. Think Kylie Minogue disappearing before a big album drop.
And it's taught me something I wish I'd understood back when I was selling.
Real estate rewards being "on." Until it doesn't.
As agents, we're trained to be visible all the time. Post daily. Answer every call. Show up everywhere, for everyone, always. Visibility matters, but constant output leaves very little room for the thinking that actually moves your career and business forward.
Some of my best decisions as an agent came after I stopped and asked what I was building, not just what I was doing. Coaching has only confirmed it. The agents who grow the most aren't always the loudest. They're the ones who protect time to plan, reflect and work on their business, not just in it.
Three things stepping back has reminded me
Quiet isn't the same as idle. Some of the most important work happens where no one can see it. If your socials slow down because you're building something better, that's a trade worth making.
Your career should serve your life, not swallow it. This is the belief everything I do comes back to. If real estate is costing you your health, your family time or your joy, something in the system needs to change.
Big ideas need room. You can't dream bigger in the gaps between open homes. Block out time to think the way you'd block out a listing presentation and treat it as non negotiable.
So, what have I been building?
A passion project that brings together everything I've learnt as an agent and a coach and everything I believe about how real estate can help you BUILD YOUR BEST LIFE. I'll still be supporting agents to do exactly that. I'm just finding a bigger, better way to do it.
I'm not quite ready to spill the details, but I will be very soon. It's going to be ICONIC.
