So, you’re the only one in the office.
The phones are quiet, and no one is walking in the office front door.
It’s easy to get caught up endlessly surfing the net and spending $$$ on those extended boxing day sales, but I have a better idea for you.
If you’re working during this period of the year, there are things you can do now, that can put you well ahead of the competition in your marketplace.
First and foremost, you need to conduct a 2019 analysis – Your year in review.
List what you earnt, what you would have liked to have earnt.
Map out how many listings presentations, listings, VPA, Auctions and figure out what your average commission figure was.
Have a good hard look at your business and be honest, where did you drop the ball and how can you improve in 2020?
In the same breath, it’s super important to celebrate all your achievements. So, make sure that you map them out as well. You may very well be surprised at how much you achieved!
All of these figures we are going to use to create your goals and break down the steps you need to complete for 2020.
So, in 2020, what do you want to achieve?
And I don’t just mean in your business. What do you want to experience this year?
Do you have health targets, want to travel somewhere exotic or buy a new home?
List these here. Be realistic.
If you were to be able to achieve and do all of these things, how much income do you need to earn?
This is where it gets juicy. Now we break it down into the small achievable steps so you can make sure that you are moving towards this figure each and everyday day.
How many listings do you need to sell to reach that figure?
How many listing presentations do you need to do to reach that figure?
How many appraisals do you need to do to get that volume of listing presentations?
Once you’ve mapped all of this out, break it down into bites sizes – quarter, month, week.
Map it out and stay accountable! If you don’t know where to start, you can check out my #BuildYourBestLife Coaching Program + Success Manual. The Manual has all the templates I used throughout my career to conduct a review, set up your goals, break them down and remain accountable.

Is it the same one from 10 years ago or do you update it regularly? What is your digital footprint like? When was the last time you googled your own name? You might be surprised what comes up!
