I don’t view the real estate industry as an individualistic industry anymore. I think there is so much value in authenticity and collaboration within those in our industry that can accelerate your success faster than you could have ever dreamed.
Having people that understand your industry and your business but can offer you an outsider’s perspective or an alternative way of approaching things can be completely and utterly game changing.
Having support from others in a tight knit community is a refreshing experience and once you embrace it, it helps you see how much support you do need and how it’s nice to receive it!
