As part of the process, it's imperative to ensure that your communication is well thought out and personalised to you. Whether it be on the phone, via text, email or letters make sure that you are authentically you!

As time poor agents, we often don’t value the importance and impact that a non generic, personality plus, well written and thoughtfully crafted story of the listing, auction, and sale is. The result of this oversight is damage to your personal brand and agency as the market may view you as careless, wasting paper and not providing any real value or service to them.
