How to maximise your organisation for 2021!

Like you, I’m attached to my phone. It’s a lifeline in almost every situation – business and life! I use my calendar and notes often when I’m out and about BUT… when it comes to planning, digital often isn’t my friend. Even if you don’t want to believe it, it may not be yours either.

One of the best organisational tools that you can use is not on your computer or phone.

Hear me out…

You can maximise your organisation in 2021, by using a paper planner.

I don’t just LOVE using paper planners because I made one and want you to buy it… (although I would love you too!). I made one BECAUSE I found using one helped me plan, stay accountable, stay on track and in developing and utilising it, took my business to a totally new level.

Here are a few reasons why I built, designed, refined and still use a paper planner, the #BuildYourBestLife Success Manual + Daily Diary, today and why I believe you will benefit from using one too!

A huge reason why I love my Success Manual comes down to the fact that seeing your goals in your own handwriting is more powerful than seeing them typed in black and white.

Science says that writing things down makes you remember it better.

The Association for Physiological Science conducts extensive research on this and found taking notes by hand is better than taking notes on a laptop for remembering conceptual information over the long term.

Don’t get me wrong. I love my phone and digital calendar. I don’t know what I would do without it. But with my Success Manual, there is no chance of a tech issue. Ever had your phone not sync to your calendar and not realised it before you left the office?

Or even been so overwhelmed with how many notifications you are receiving that you’ve clicked the notification button, not done the task and forgotten about it?

Or ever opened your phone with the intention to complete a tasked and come back to earth 40 minutes later after going down a social media rabbit hole and you cannot longer remember what task you were doing?

In the fast-paced world we live it, no matter how many notifications I ignore or tech issues I have or rabbit holes I travel down, I know that everything I need to know is located in one analog place that I can always refer back too!

I developed the #BuildYourBestLife Success Manual + Daily Diary specifically for real estate agents so that they can be more organise and more dollar productive with their time.

Everything that you need to stay focused on your tasks and remain productive is in The Success Manual.

Regardless of what tasks you have on your ‘to-do’ list, the #BYBL Success Manual will help you to stay on track with each individual task you need to complete as well as motivating and encouraging you to move on to the next one effectively and efficiently.

I spent years, in my real estate career refining and improving it to build in ALL the fundamental systems that I’d been using year on year. It includes a daily diary, your ideal week, stock lists, monthly call lists, digital and social media calendars, prospecting plans, open home schedulers, buyer and seller lists, pipeline sellers list, targeting on the market seller lists, Hot Buyer lists, changeover lists, your yearly review, planning and goal setting forms a habit creator and your bucket list for beyond! It’s also un-dated so if life gets too busy and I stop filling it out for a while, I can just pick up where I left off!

Each of these lists has been designed to declutter your task list, clarify and set your priorities, track your achievements and design the life that you dream of living.

Tracking and planning not only keeps you accountable, but you can also see the patterns in how you work. You can see what items you consistently do and the areas that you need to improve or find another way of doing things!

So, if you’re ready to take your organisation to the next level in 2021, get your hands on my #BuildYourBestLife Success Manual + Daily Diary NOW!
