EOFY is not just the time of year to wrap up and review your financials.
It should also be a time of year where you take stock of where you are in your business (and personal life!) and adjust or set new goals to take you forward.
At the beginning of 2022, you would have sat down and set your goals for the year ahead.
These goals would have covered all facets of your life - from your career, health & wellness, relationships, family and lifestyle.
Now it’s time to track back and see how far you have progressed through each goal.
You may have smashed through your targets, if this is the case, let’s update them and stretch the goal further.
Or things may have gotten in the way and you’re not quite on track. Don’t let this bring you down, you just have to reassess them and bring them back into alignment with where you are now. You still have 6 months left of the year to bring it home!
The next step is to determine where you can really POWER things up.
