How often do you celebrate the wins in your business?
When was the last time you took a moment out of your busy schedule to celebrate the accomplishments you’ve made in your career over the past few months or even the past 12 months?
Quite often we get caught up in the busyness of our operations that we don’t take the time to celebrate how far we have come and just move on to the next goal.
Celebrating your wins, no matter how big or small is super important. You’re not only recognising all the hard work you have put in, but it also reinforces how far you have come and how much closer you are moving towards your goals.
One of the tasks all my coaching clients are required to do when we start is outline their goals and then break them down into small achievable steps. These steps are what bring your ideas together. Celebrating achieving these steps and the big wins are what give you the motivation you need when new challenges or opportunities outside your comfort zone arise.
So, in the spirit of celebrating wins, I’m going to share some of my recent wins with you!
The last few weeks have been some of the most incredible times in my business. After working so hard for so long and through the ups and downs of COVID, things are falling back into place.
I’ve very recently employed two new team members, bringing the current total to 6! (I’ll be introducing you all to them soon!) I’m so excited to have the right team in place!
I’ve also moved into a new office in New Farm. It's so exciting having a place to go to every day after operating from home for the past 4 years! I’ve moved into an office that has a real community behind it and it’s great getting to be involved with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
I’ve been working HARD behind the scenes on my next big project, my first ever online school! I’ve secured some incredible sponsors whose products, tech, and systems I strongly advocate for and believe in! We will be launching very soon and I’m so excited to bring this to the marketplace!
My first ‘MASTERMIND with Sherrie’ group is about to wrap next week; it’s been an incredible journey with all the ups and downs and pivoting we have had to do with the challenges of lockdowns and closed borders. And I’ve finalised the speakers for next year’s Mastermind and will be launching it to market in a few weeks!
I’m also in the process of recording the next season of The Build Your Best Life Podcast. After a little hiatus, we will be going live soon! I’m so excited for you to hear from all the incredible business people and agents I have lined up!
Celebrating your wins doesn’t have to be big. (However, I’m all for you throwing that party if you want to!!!) It can be as simple as texting someone and telling them your good news or shouting out the recent successes you have had (like this blog post!).
It just needs to be something that gives you the time to recognise yourself for your hard work, what you have achieved and be proud of your achievements. You’ve worked your butt off for this success so celebrate!!!
