At the beginning of 2021, I was working on a concept for a high-level, exclusive coaching and mentoring group. I wanted to bring to the real estate market a program tailored for high performing agents, CEO’s and business owners to take their businesses to the next level, and I wanted to offer them new perspectives compared to the industry-exclusive offers that were on the market.
Thus ‘MASTERMIND. With Sherrie’ was born.
Having just completed the last session in my first season, I’ve been absolutely blown away by how powerful it has been this year.
This season we were inspired by Paralympian Paul Gockel & his wife wingless warrior Kerry Lee, we learnt all about building a celebrity profile with Lorna Jane Clarkson (Lorna Jane), were taught how to build a digital attraction business from Susannah George (Urban List), had our mindsets reset with performance psychologist, Dr Phil Jauncey, learnt about team building and leadership with Ex-Wallabies captain, Nathan Sharpe and were taught how to use our businesses to build wealth, legacy and an exit strategy with financial whiz, Noel Whittaker.
Whilst we have many incredibly successful, intelligent, and educational business leaders in our industry, I elected to search for educators, innovators and people who inspire from OUTSIDE the industry.
We spend a lot of our time looking for guidance and education within our industry, implementing what we are taught and moulding it to the way we do business. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with this, I wanted could see the value in learning from those that had succeeded in their fields of expertise outside the industry.
The experts, innovators and inspirational people from this years’ Mastermind gave all of us a fresh perspective on the way we do things and improved our knowledge in ways we never have before.
It made our ideas bigger and turned our past ways of doing things on their head, helping us change our perspectives, view things differently and even turn challenges into opportunities and replace complexity with simpler approaches.
I knew my ‘MASTERMIND. With Sherrie’ program was going to be life-changing but I didn’t realise how big of a positive impact that it would have not only on all the participants but for me too!
‘MASTERMIND. With Sherrie 2022’ will be launching to the market very very soon, keep your eyes peeled as I have some pretty incredible contributors lined up for next year too!
